Communication from the start was not good. We communicated through text message and scheduled an appointment one in which she apparently double booked me with another patient. We then moved our appointment to a different date. She never once mentioned it was a phone call session instead of in person. It was not until I asked her if her address was correct. We proceeded with the session in which I opened up about very real problems I was going through. Long story short, after giving very generic responses, instead of guiding me to better mental health she stated she didn’t have the time for me and good luck finding another therapist. Just like that she dusted me off. Thank you for lending your ear, but how disrespectful to go into a therapy session knowing that you don’t have time for a patient. It’s been a frustrating road for me. Mental health professionals need to be held to a higher standard. Shame on you.

I would not her. Became extremely argumentative when asked if she has worked with children. Her to escalation is very disturbing. This would absolutely NOT be a person to trust with your children. If that is how she handles her making a mistake, imagine what happens with your child. I had another person listening to the call who correctly advised me terminate the call as he could hear how unstable she sounded. Please see someone else

Dr Bennett is outstanding. I see her twice a week and she has helped me gain control in my life and release the anxiety
