Dr. Patricia Aucello, OD

I have had 2 bad experiences with Dr. Patricia Aucello, all around scheduling. The most recent was when I booked the first appointment of the morning - 9:00am. A few minutes after arriving for the appointment, I was told: 'Dr. Aucello just texted that she is running late this morning due to traffic and she won't be in until at least 9:30.' No apology, no offer to reschedule the appointment at my convenience, other than to say 'You're the first appointment, so Dr. Aucello will see you when she gets in.' The reason I scheduled the first appointment of the day was because the last time I saw Dr. P. Aucello was an afternoon appointment where I waited 45 minutes before I was seen because a previous appointment had run over. They first called the name for the person scheduled after me, and I had to remind them that I had been waiting for nearly an hour. I think Dr. Aucello is a competent doctor. But as a service provider, her lack of consideration for my time is unacceptable.
