Arrogant, poor listener, talked more about herself
Pam did not not remember her advice from one visit to next..inconsistent, often off topic, twice tried to help by pushing business of no medical friend. She got NP certification on line... Per my research, not her interest in parenting her credentials. Seems to have changed jobs a lot and seldom stayed more than year or so. She means well I think but is more about her than me. Seems argumentative and insecure.

Patronizing and out of line all along during the appointment . Calling me out on my ethnicity out of the blue while I was talking during a professional appointment, and then calling me rude for wanting to stick to the medical topic and refusing to talk about my ethnicity. Unprofessional all the way with a dismissive and arrogant attitude. Never again.
