Dr Ragsdale wrote a prescription for my daughters contacts. The business card prescription said AV 1 Day, I tried to order the Moist one days but the prescription that she uploaded said with Hydraluxe . I called and asked her to change it and she said she would take care of it. I tried to order the moist and the prescription was not changed. I had to drive there and upload the script myself with a lot of delay in ordering. I'll never use a Sam's Club Optometrists again. thought it would be easie
