A master of her craft
I have been a client of Pam Percival's for quite some time. She is highly skilled and it is easily recognized. Very patient, pleasant, and intelligent. She has a memory like no other, which is always impressive and helpful. I am a beneficiary of Pam's and am most appreciative of her genuine interest in helping me identify and work on issues, past and present. It's hard work and she knows how to ease you through it.

The Best!
I saw Pam Percival 30 years ago. It’s because of the work we dad I’ve had a beautiful life. She is a great listener also knows how to probe. Understanding, gentle, empathetic, kind, professional, loving & makes herself available if you need to see her!

She lacked empathy and was not focused. She talks in a whisper. I saw her once and never went back. She never once smiled yet in frustration said to me "You don't show emotion. How am I going to help you if you don't show emotion". That's not something you say to someone you just met. It is unprofessional. I was trying to answer the over 200 questions she asked me in an hour and half! I found her argumentative and disorganized. The office is in the basement and is dark and dingy.

I saw Dr. Percival (Pam) in the past. My sister and daughter both see her now. Pam is extremely competent. Not only are her credentials outstanding, the cohesiveness of her use of the tenets of psychology with her actual practice of psychological healthcare is spot on. Her memory of details long-past discussed just solidifies her ability to offer her patients the best care possible. Pam is also very caring and empathetic, which certainly rounds out the complete picture.
