Pam is awesome. No complaints about her. It is the office in Aurora that I have a problem with. They do not call me with any lab results. I have to call and leave several voicemails and still no one will call me back. Two months ago I had the BRCA test done and they lost the sample! I kept getting the runaround so I called the lab directly and was told they never received the sample. I have left two voicemails for the office manager,Kim. Waiting to see if I get a call back.

Pam has been a blessing in my life. She started about 6 mnths ago and even tho my first visit with her- she accidentally wrote the wrong year on script paper and i was in bed for 6 days w pain, until Dr Raley re-wrote it. Human error happens. She is the most talented and caring medical professional i have ever been to, even tho she released me because of a misunderstanding of precribed anxiety meds from my primary doc. Human Error happens. Do everything she tells you!
