Made me, as the mother, feel as if I'd done childbirth wrong. Left the room immediately after the baby was born and did no follow-up care. I felt completely abandoned, to the point that a minor complication I had wasn't treated for more than a year, when I finally went to my internist with it. When I ran into Pam much later, she acted as if she didn't know me. I hope she's worked on her bedside manner - which I thought was the essence of the midwife's art.

EXTREMELY RUDE, Condescending, confrontational, combative, doesn't listen, and makes you, "the patient" feel like you're a problem if you even speak or have questions. Miserable woman. She has no Customer service skills, compassion, and common sense. 2 THUMBS DOWN!!
