If I could leave a zero I would. Pam Holtz is the most unprofessional, uncaring physician I have ever seen at Essentia Health. I went in for shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. She came into my room and immediately stated “I don’t know what you expect me to do, you’re going to have to contact your pulmonologist”. This was on a Sunday afternoon. She spent a total of maybe two minutes with me at most and sent me on my way. Horrible physician. I cannot believe Essentia Health even continues to keep her on board after looking at her reviews.

I met Pam Holtz at Essentia Health ER after an accident.One of the rudest, disrespectful and lack compassionate Nurse practitioner ever met at Essentia Hospital.She left a bad taste in my mouth that i will be changing my primary care provider to Sanford Health

She actually LISTENS to her patients! Takes the time needed to make you feel comfortable and then works to solve problems. I see her at Internal Med Associates (IMA), not Essentia.
