I went to Pamela for help with my daughter's substance abuse disorder and mental health, as this is what she advertises through her company Recovery Solutions. She was very unprofessional, irritable, and argued while raising her voice because I was unable to private pay, even though she had originally advertised about scholarships. She claims she wants to help others, but when it comes down to it, she pockets the scholarship money and only focuses on those with insurance.

Pamela works hard at everything she does from taking care of patients needs to talking to wounded family members to educating and providing support and care to her patients. if I ever needed a therapist, Pamela would be the type of therapist I would want in my corner.

Pamela is a skilled therapist in treating co occuring issues. I went for grief counseling and found that I had unresolved trauma and a depressive disorder. I felt ashamed because I wasn't able to do the things I thought I should be doing but Pamela helped me with my shame, my grief and my depression. She walked with me every step of the way and I am doing much better because of our time together.

While treating my family member Ms. Hand and I spoke on the telephone numerous times. Each time she was agitated, unfocused, repetitious and even raised her voice. She was upset by the experience of treating the patient's anxiety and depression. She was angry. She didn't have the professional skills to shield and disassociate herself. She blamed the patient.She claimed to feel threatened but she kept treating the patient.

Pamela Hand is an therapist,with caring a dedicated staff. Her facilities and housing are perfect healing environments located in beautiful Mount Dora area. importantly all these factors add up to good results and long term recovery!!
