I've experienced hundreds of adjustment having worked for chiros for years. As I've aged, I no longer want the hard adjustments. Dr. Pam's adjustments are mostly all done prone & are all gentle. No hard cracking of the neck. Are they effective? Yes. You only have to move the vertebrae a fraction of an inch for it to be effective. Besides her technique, she has a very good listening ear. Her office is run very efficiently as you hardly ever have to wait.
