Pamela Bush, LPC

She was very unprofessional in my couples sessions. She constantly took sides when we would bring up the problem/issue we were having. She didn't even try to hide it either. It would leave one of us not feeling heard and our feelings invalidated. She had a lack of empathy. She would pick a side and then gang up against the other making us feel like our feelings didn't matter and/or were stupid and wrong.

Pam and her employees made me feel comfortable and were very understanding. I will recommend her to everyone who might need help

My Therapist, Pamela Bush was open and non-judgmental and made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind. l was able to let my guard down and express difficult emotions which provided me great relief. Her patience, understanding and guidance have allowed me to make lasting positive changes. I would definitely recommend Bedford Behavioral Health. Pamela Bush was wonderful and I am very glad to know she is there if I need any future help.

Pam Bush is Extremely Rude, Judgemental and Unprofessional! We took our 5 year old son to see her. Our son has ADHD, SPD and high anxiety. There was a couch and a chair in the office. I sat in the chair, since our son had already sat on the couch with my husband (his father), I wanted him to feel as if he had enough space. Pam did greet us, but barely smiled. She was very "matter of fact". I did NOT feel any kind of WARMTH or EMPATY at all! She asked what the dynamics of my husband and I were to our son, and I asked her to clarify? She said "Who are you to your son"? I said that I am his mother and my husband said that "I am his father". Then Pam shocked me... she said in a very aggressive tone, "Oh so you and your husband are not together anymore??" I replied "Yes we are together" and she said "Oh the way that you were sitting in the chair with your legs crossed you seemed very defensive". I replied" That was extremely judgemental of you to say that" and we left.
