Being told “I’m not fighting with the insurance” where you had a reaction against the medication in the past is horrible and shows that they have no clear interest in the patients health. Ended up doing an infusion that I knew I would have another reaction to and stated clearly I didn’t feel safe doing and had me end up in the ER again because they didn’t care enough to review medical history.
