Helpful Experience
I saw Dr. Sofer at a difficult time in my life. She was easy to relate to, listened carefully, and allowed me to have a safe space to work through my struggles and feel heard. Her style is laid back. She did not tell me what to do but helped me figure out what I wanted to do.

Very trusting
Telehealth
I’ve been seeing Dr. Sofer for 3 years now and she’s one of the most empathetic therapists I’ve come across. I started seeing her at the beginning of the pandemic and she has never let me down. I feel like I can trust her and I truly see a difference in myself since I started therapy with her.

Amazing
So difficult to find such a great therapist. Dr. Sofer definitely cares about her patients and she’s helped be through so many problems. She’s a great, empathetic therapist.
