Olga is insightful, caring, and extremely present in all of our sessions. From day one I liked going to therapy with her (which has not been my experience elsewhere). She has helped me through some very difficult feelings and PTSD. Even better, she teaches you how to take care of yourself mentally/emotionally. I knew nothing about IFS before meeting her, and now after only 3 months I practice it on myself instinctively! Working with her has been transformative. Please be kind to yourself and go visit her.
