A hero in scrubs
I would pick Obi over any Dr. In Champaign-Urbana. After 2 years of pretty rough headaches and multiple visits with my primary care, I finally went in at 6 PM on the Wednesday before thanksgiving and he was the first person at Christie to take them seriously. He managed to squeeze me in to get a CT scan. Thank god he did. It showed an almost 1 inch round aneurysm on my carotid artery. When he got the findings from radiology I was already at home. He called me after 8 and asked me to come back to the office because there was something he needed to talk about with me in person. Super empathetic and thoughtful guy. This man ,quite literally, saved my life. An aneurysm that size has a less than 1% survival rate if ruptured. It could have happened at anytime. I owe you my life obi. Thank you.
