Norman Jones, MED

I have seen Dr Jones off and on since the 90’s. He sees things for what they are and asks questions that get to the heart of the matter

I have taken different members of my family including myself, to Norman Jones since the loss of my daughter in 2016. He is warm and thoughtful. He does make you look deep within yourself and confronts you with the truth. He has always been available during a crisis. I feel very blessed to have him as a counselor in times of need.

Not very good. Confrontational and very hard to get in touch with. Billing process is done on paper with handwritten totals that don’t match up.

They NEVER answer the phone. I have been waiting a month for my psych eval report. My dr. has called them several times, I have called several times. They need to communicate with patients more. This is ridiculous!

Norman is a great Christian counselor. He is definitely called into this profession.

Very experienced and has worked wonders for me

Our family highly recommends Norman. Our teenage daughters weren’t excited about seeing a male psychologist, but it didn’t take long for them to trust him and now looks forward to their visits.

I have seen Norman Jones off and on for many years, he has always displayed a true caring and interest in me as a person and the issues that I bring out. Sometimes, he can be no nonsense and tells it how it is or at least how he thinks it is, which is important; if I am going there for help and understanding, sometimes the truth is more important for the long run than sugar coating something for a temporary fix. I would recommend him to anyone truly interested in healing themselves emotionally.

My first experience with Dr. Jones was great. He acted as if he cared about everything that had happened to me since I was a child. I have had severe depression for a long time and have been on medication for it. The second time I went to see Dr. Jones he wanted to con sult with my PCP.He treated me as if I were a child. Told me I was selfish. I was not comfortable in group meetings I told him. He said it is the best thing. He said it's always my way or nothing. I would not recommend.

Mr. Jones has made me feel completely comfortable. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is gentle and firm. He does not tell my husband and I what we want to hear, but what we need to hear. I feel he is a very trustworthy man, and I respect his work. His wife is also a delight. I will be seeing him as long as I need to, to work out my past issues. I feel rejuvenated when I come out of his office. He is a great listener.
