I was an idiot kid with tons of mental issues but Norman made every effort to help me out of what I was going through. He is great at his job and a good person. I still use some of the skills we worked on.

I spoke with Norman for about a year. He truly cared, gave me the space to think things through for myself, told it to me straight, and made himself available. I wasn’t an easy person to help, but he stuck by and helped me through the work. He is an amazing professional.
