Norinda Kremicki, NP

Norinda is a good RN, but she’s never available unless you book weeks in advance. I was in extreme joint/hip pain and Norinda’s next appointment was 3 1/2 weeks away, so I ended up going to Urgent Care…again! The West Hills office needs to stop accepting any new patients because the wait time to get an appointment (even to see another Dr. in that office) is literally weeks away.

she treat me well as a patient. i love her and had her for almost 20 years. i will keep her to the end. shes wonderful doctor. she takes a great care of me.

healthcare partners runs like a mill - everything automatic, appointments, etc- a real money making machine - I would have to drag my 90+ year old mother into the office twice a year just for a check up- it was such hardship for her and me - otherwise, faced with not getting her metformin and other pills refilled - I basically had to beg Norinda to give us a break and she did - BUT- my biggest disappointment was when my mother died unexpectedly at a Assisted Living Facility - a "Doctor" had to sign her death certificate - a Doctor from Healthcare partners that never saw her and was new to the group - when I saw the Dr. listed "COPD" as a primary cause of death I flipped- she never had COPD, was NEVER treated for it in the 5 years she saw Norinda, but the Dr wouldn't change it and Norinda as a subordinate apparently to the Dr., refused to intervene. So, I have learned the downside of having a nurse practitioner is they cannot or will help you in these matters. As a result, suspected

The year is 2020. These reviews are from 2016. Things have changed. This office seems to have lost interest in its patients. I feel we are neglected as patients with a child who has special needs. Not happy here.

She's the greatest. I can call and she is always there for me and my family.. I have been going the for over 23 yrs.. the staff are amazing. Gets me in if i need to.we couldn't ask for more.. except for Dr Decther to come back.

I've been Norinda Kremicki's patient for around +/- 18 years... She is amazing. She listens to me, communicates everything extremely efficiently..I trust her/ feel safe in her care. I've never had a problem getting my health issues addressed/figured out quickly. Contacting her/Scheduling appointments are easy. She is compassionate & truly cares about her patients. The level of care & respect extends beyond her to the nurses/assistants that work with her. I've never felt rushed/dismissed.

I was a patient in this office for many years, as was my sister, and mother. Norinda is the best, and if it were in my ability to continue seeing her, I would in a heart beat. The office is pleasant, with friendly staff. It's not overly busy, and it's rare that I have been rushed. Norinda is also very accommodating were you to walk into the office ill, she tries very hard to see you. I have never felt rushed with Norinda, she's willing to listen to your concerns, and try to find a solution.
