The visit was ok; however, the visit means nothing when the doctor refuses to fill out FMLA forms for an ongoing issue. Her office recommended I go to physical therapy for which I had to miss work. Missed work because of the accident. Now her office wants to have me come back in to be re-evaluated. For what. You referred me to an orthopedic specialist who is now handling my care. FMLA forms are for the treatment from YOUR office up to the day therapy ended which was the middle of April. She filled the form out incorrectly 3 times. Finally got the continuous leave filled out correctly which was accepted by my leave rep. Why is it my fault I have to pay for an office visit so you can fill forms out correctly. Charge me for the forms if you must, but are you going to bill my insurance for filling paperwork in? What code were you planning on billing to? I see, that is why you want the office visit. Awful. Is patient First or patient last and money first.. You are there to help people.
