Noga Dreifuss is the best person you could go to for help. I’ve been seeing her for years now at Oakland Kaiser after coming to her in crisis. She really helped me through the darkest time in my life by teaching me how to cope with my intense emotions soothing me with her calm and grounding demeanor. She is always professional and kind. I always leave her office feeling nurtured and empowered. Her approach is a mixture client centered and mindfulness techniques. She is certified in EMDR as well.

I would not recommend this therapist. I came to her in crisis, was discouraged from the type of help I needed, and she left the organization without connecting me to lifesaving resources. I will never forget this, as coming for help was hard enough.
