NP Keegan is nice and friendly, and seems competent, but her Nursing team is horrible. Twice I've made appointments with her nurses to get Shingles injections (you get two injections several months apart) and on both occasions, none of her nurses were there the day of my appointment. Only after I complained, did a nurse from another team help me out and give me the injections.
