Failed to call back.
I saw her on Nov 16th and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. She was suppose to call me back in a couple of days but failed to do so. I called her office but still did not receive a call back. She also did not fax my exam results to my surgeon. I just learned today that there is no record of my visit. I smell is rat.
