Insisted my child's skin condition was caused by poor hygiene (and recommended "antibacterial soap like dial" since the artisan soaps I make are insufficient) refused to address my concerns about that, even cutting me off mid-question (inquiring about possible allergies). After a second opinion and follow up with a Dermatologist, my suspicions were correct. A genetic skin condition that no soap will ever correct, much less "antibacterial" soap.
