Nikki Adams, NP

My (now grown) son and I searched for the perfect medical staff when we arrived in Cookeville in 1996. After a few years of trial and error, we found Internal Medicine Associates and Nikki Adams, NP. We have now been seeing Nikki Adams for over a decade - maybe 2 - and absolutely love not only her, but the entire staff!! Every employee we encounter is very oncerned with their patient's care and at the same time, very patient. You never feel rushed and yet, their office runs right on schedule. No long waits to see anyone. In all my years, I've never been disappointed or had anyone be even slightly rude to me. Nikki has taken great care of us and I would highly recommend her to anyone who likes personal, attentive, professional care!!

I have seen Nikki a few times in the last several years. I saw her very recently for a recurring issue that she has treated me for previously. She was insensitive, extremely rude, and sarcastic. She would not listen to what I was telling her. I will never go back to that office and I simply can NOT, in good faith, recommend her as an NP to anyone. In addition, during this COVID 19 pandemic, NONE of her office staff or herself were wearing a mask. What message does that send to her patients! Especially the older patients with underlying medical conditions.

My mother and I have been patients of Nikkis for more than a decade. We travel hours to see her. I couldnt imagine having another doctor. She is definitely an angel on earth!

I am VERY pleased with the experience I had with Nikki Adams. From her knowledge to her professionalism to her bedside manner, Nikki excelled them all! I have been telling family, friends, and strangers about her! Highly Recommend Nikki Adams!!!
