Nicolette Marshall, LCSW

Nicolette has been such a positive force in my life! I have been working together for the last couple years and the progress I have made processing my trauma has been incredible! She is one of the most compassionate and understanding people, who has challenged me to re-frame how I approach my trauma and establishing boundaries within my relationship's. It's allowed me to live my life again. I'm sad to see her go but wish her nothing but the best as she moves on to private practice!

I thank God for finding a therapist like Nicolette. After COVID lockdown, I had a MAJOR onset of anxiety and depression and I just had not felt like myself since. I started seeing Nicolette virtually for bi-weekly appointments and she has helped turn my life around and get back on track. I can finally live once again. Nicolette is, without a doubt, the best therapist I've ever worked with. I've been through several therapists in my lifetime and Nicolette blows the rest out of the water. Her ability to connect, and make you feel so understood, WITHOUT feeling judged, is exactly what I needed while processing some of the hardest times in my life. Nicolette was a joy to talk to! She was relatable and asked me hard question that helped me understand my actions and feelings. I’ve already shared her information with some friends and coworkers.

Condescending. Nicolette is completely Unprofessional. She lied about several issues. She is inexperienced and in need of re-training. Nicolette made highly inappropriate remarks particularly when she referred to herself as the “little white girl everyone has to talk to”. Simply bizarre. It’s clear this is her first job, however, I am at a loss as to why Child & Family Services would ever hire someone as unprofessional and inexperienced as her. If you happen to be placed with Nicolette, request a transfer or switch providers entirely.
