I want to say thank you for being patient, listening to my health issues and clearly explaining the next steps.

I had to push to get the study/test needed, even though I saw other providers for the same issue who said I need it. The provider did not give me the referral as suggested by other providers.

I don't complain at all about the staff because they have treated me the best and I feel completely confident every time I go to an appointment.

I would like it if when one needs a medication from the pharmacy, they would approve it immediately because one has to go in, wait a long time there until they finally call you to come in with a nurse, and then they can give you the prescription. I had this issue recently with an injection for diabetes; it took a lot of effort to get it done. So please, when I need the medicine, it shouldn't be for two or three days later or until they can see me. I don't like that, thank you.

Well, it is an excellent treatment from the doctors to the patients.

The people who greet you when you arrive for the first time should be nicer. That could really improve.

I went in for severe sciatica pain. The doctor was inknowledgeable about this condition. She had no idea what to do. She was not a doctor. She was a nurse practitioner. She did not ask me any questions other than how much pain I was having. I asked if I could see a chiropractor or physical therapy. She put in a request fora Referral at a normal pace, which takes 14 days to process. Mind you had not slept in a week, I could barely walk from the pain and could not go to work. I would think that a referral would go on priority with my condition. I had to call two days later and ask the clinic if the referrals were put on priority. I found out they were not so I asked, the clinic to please put them on a priority pace. A week later I still have no referrals and I'm still in severe pain with sciatica.

I'd just like to say that the staff was great. Really appreciate it. They got right to the problem that I was having and I was pleasantly surprised. So thanks to Mrs. Vidal. She was awesome, and her staff as well. So thank you.

Provider did not give me the prescription I asked for my nausea. I called and left a message about it but have had no response. Pharmacy stated she did not approve it. Did receive 2 prescription refills I did not ask for or wanted. Why would she allow me to be nauseous and vomit which I did 2 times this week. I am not happy with this behavior and do not want to see her again

I am satisfied with excellent service.

I am worried because they haven't resolved the issue with my dentures, which they lost there in the hospital, and I urgently need a solution because it is uncomfortable to be without my teeth.

I would have liked the doctor to have involved more, in what I feel, in what I have, in what my heart rate is, that I know, that didn't seem like a physical checkup to me, I didn't feel satisfied because I wanted a complete examination that will ask me what hurts you, how you feel, but no, nothing was done to me because I don't know, I don't know if I will return there to that place.

I think I was disappointed at my last appointment with Nicole. I don't think this is a very good care, as she just came in, checked on my wound, and she just really pressed this really hard to test it out, and see if she can squeeze some of the discharge from the wound, and very lack of care, and then just left me in the room without noticing that the appointment was done, and then just prescribed me with antibiotics, and not willing to listen from what I, from my concerns. So, I just canceled my follow-up appointment on the next following Monday because I feel like I don't
