Ms. Swain chose to spend most of my last session shaming me when she should have been addressing the issues that brought me to her. In my opinion, she lacked empathy and compassion and chose to be judgmental and dismissive instead. I left her office feeling terrible and that is not why one seeks out a therapist.

Excellent therapist. Listens but doesn't judge. Recommends solutions but doesn't push. Highly recommend---and in fact have---to family and friends.
