This is my first time writing a review, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I recently visited the Jupiter Medical Center walk-in clinic and had a disappointing interaction with this nurse practitioner. While the clinic itself was clean and efficient, I found the nurse practitioner to be dismissive and a bit arrogant. She seemed to have already made up her mind about my condition before taking the time to listen to my symptoms, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated.In healthcare, I believe we sometimes place too much trust in individuals who are not doctors, and unfortunately, this was one of those times. If you happen to be seen by her, I would recommend requesting a doctor instead. I believe quality care requires truly listening to and assessing the patient's concerns, and I hope my feedback encourages better communication in the future.
