Dr. Nicole Sheffer, OD

Dr. Sheffer is fantastic. Both of my kids think she's great and she works to connect with them during visits. She listens well and is kind and caring. They see better because of her and they don't mind going to eye appointments at all!

My day wasn't starting out good. I did NOT grab my insurance card, so had to run home to get it ... and my appointment time was in TEN MINUTES!From the friendly reception to the pre-ready with Ann, and the meet with Dr. Sheffer ... all was a miracle of miracles that I made it home without any of the anger at myself left in me. Then the consult with Mr. Jacobson afterwards was a pleasant treat to top it all off. No pressure, nothing shoved down your throat, and a smile on my face as I left. I was definitely treated well, and I will look forward to future visits with all of them.

Dr Sheffler was very pleasant. She was thorough and communicative. She answered my questions very clearly and provided options. I cant recall when I have had such a positive medical visit.

I really liked this eye care place everyone was extremely welcoming with any questions I had the front desk lady was nice and welcoming and got me checked in a timely matter and the nurse that gets you ready for the doctor she was extremely nice and funny I liked her we talked and laughed and she helped me with my fears of the eye doctor because I didn’t know what to expect but she literally told me everything that was going to happen and asked me before she did anything was it okay to do making sure I feel comfortable and the doctor she is amazing she really makes you feel relaxed I felt like I been knowing here for a while like she was really cool she heard and cared about my concern and we laughed a bit as well she just gives this vibe of actually care and concern about you because this is your eye health and we all know how important this is she reassures you that the eye doctor is a great place to be and if you have any questions she’s happy to answer them for you

I'm new to contact lenses so I went in for a contacts prescription. The whole process went very smoothly with trying a few different types of contact lenses. Definitely would schedule future contact lens follow-up appointments with her.

The office very clean and neat. Dr Schaffer assistant was very nice and helpful. I’m not good with names but she made my visit pleasant great customer service she provided. Dr. Schaffer was very polite and friendly and she was concerned about any issues I was dealing with. I have made my mind she’s my eye doctor.

She was easy to talk to, very friendly and down to earth. She asked me if I had any questions. I didn’t feel rushed.

We saw this docor one year ago, and again recently for a follow up appointment. During the follow up, it was revealed that the prescription they gave him one year ago was incorrect. They said it was approximately four times stronger than it needed to be. My son had never before had glasses.They issued him a new, much weaker prescription. Due the previous inaccuracy I don't have confidence in their abilities or quality of care.
