I thought she was very thorough when I told her my medical issue. She asked several questions, evaluated the area of concern, then ordered up an ultrasound. She was very personable and professional.

Nicole was rude during our visit to the urgent care. I brought my son in with an injured arm after he fell in a soccer game. We believed it was broken because it was so painful. She dismissed his symptoms. She barely assessed it and said, "It's a contusion, ice it." When asked for an Xray her reply was, "Well it's not broken...but if you want one." His arm WAS fractured which required casting. I will never go to her again. She was terrible.
