Worst experience with a health agent I've ever encountered , didn't like sten to my needs , could never reach her nor did she ever return calls , never explained medications and why she felt I needed them, didn't listen to my needs and took me off a medication that requires tapering even after bringing it to her attention. Confused about how medical insurance differs from Rx insurance refused access to medications and caused harm because she made no effort to try to reach out to me or the pharmacist.
I would never recommend her to anyone, for any reason on earth
