Unbelievably bad health care
We were appalled by Nikki. Note that she does not have a MD -that should have been a red flag. She told my daughter that she had acne/red scars on her face because of pigmentation in her skin, and that there was nothing to do about it. Meanwhile I had explained to Nikki that my daughter was extremely self conscious and anxious to do something to improve her acne issue. We then went to a different doctor and my daughter’s issues were taken seriously and treated and the acne and scaring rapidly improved. I don’t know how Nikki can be considered a dermatologist as she is incapable of treating the most common skin issues. I wish we hadn’t wasted time and money seeing her first.
