She listens and provides practical solutions
Nicole treated my daughter during the pandemic at a time when I was devastated by so much loss and didn’t have the emotional bandwidth to be present as a parent. I watched my daughter do a 180 when she was with Nicole. I’m so proud of her for putting in the work and having Nicole as a guide. She was able to gain my daughters trust as well as my own. Im thankful for her work.

I requested an ESA letter for my dogs and received a letter with the incorrect date on it which cannot be used. I tried contacting Nicole to get the letter corrected and never received a reply or a call back. I paid $260 for this letter. This is extremely unprofessional!
