Nicki is warm & stays focused on the issue(s) at hand. She gives useful, small amounts of "homework" when it's requested (but never unilaterally assigns it IME), & she lets the client/patient determine the direction and format of the session. She's highly reliable, reserving regular appts by request, while being v. flexible when cancellations/ reschedulings are requested. Gives timely responses to emails & calls. Consistently fully present w/you & compassionate in sessions, regardless of whether it's a looser flow of conversation or trying to talk about a really difficult topic. She has helped me so much. She's dedicated to holding space for any hard/scary work you need to do, & she's able to gently invite conversation back to the things that are more difficult to get at directly. Non-judgmental while honest and real. Hers is a great, firm "therapist voice" to have in your mind when you have a harsh inner critic that needs some contending with. I very highly recommend her to anyone.

Wow! I called and left a message with her about scheduling an appointment to have me daughter come in.....2 days later.....NOTHIING. Not a phone call back saying she was too full, too busy, etc.....so unprofessional. So glad I didn't waste my or my daughter's time or money on this one!
