Nicole Jones has been my primary care provider for several years, and I couldn't speak highly enough about the caliber of care she provides. When I was dealing with confusing, frustrating symptoms that left me totally sidelined in my 20s, she was there to coordinate every aspect of my care — referring me to specialists, helping me navigate medications, and listening to my concerns. As someone with a rare disease that's considered an 'invisible illness,' it can often feel like providers aren't taking me seriously. But in Nicole, I've found someone who's truly committed to helping me feel better. Because of her tenacity, I finally have a diagnosis — and a path forward. Nicole is everything you want in a primary care provider: She's responsive, honest, personable, and extremely knowledgeable.
