Dr. Friedman has been treating me for 4 years. When I first arrived in her office, I was in crisis and struggling intensely. Previous therapists hadn't been able to help effectively, and I was almost ready to give up. Dr. Friedman has the expertise and understanding to help trauma survivors like me. She is intensively trained in DBT and taught me much-needed skills. She has stuck with me through so, so much. She has always believed in my ability to heal and grow, even when I could not believe in myself. Dr. Friedman listens non-judgmentally. She is endlessly dedicated to my health. She's been on my side, even when no one else seemed to support me. No matter how complicated the twists and turns of my journey have seemed, she's been able to help me navigate all of it with her calm manner and clinical expertise. I am deeply grateful that I took that leap of faith and walked into her office 4 years ago. She has given me the tools to get well and save my own life.

I’m a former client who returned to the Oasis for a much needed tune-up. All expectations were far exceeded for group and individual DBT therapy! Dr. Nicole Friedman and Dr. Patricia Shutt continue to amaze me with their brilliance and professionalism! They challenged me every step of the way while offering a better understanding of my personal life experiences in real time. Real! Effective! Powerful! I can’t begin to thank them and their wonderful support staff enough for all that they get done! But I’ll try...thanks for being your dynamic selves! Therapeutic Oasis truly is just that. One stop-shop for deep healing.

Dr.Friedman and her staff have helped me change many of my negative habits through DBT, counseling, and have helped me so much with my family relationships...I never thought that I could change, but with their support, knowledge and determination I am progressing beautifully every day!

Very aloof and uncaring doctor. Not very communicative and warm. Don't see her if you want to comfortable therapist
