I am so happy to have met Nikki and to have her as a potential resource in the future. She is amazing. She came into the room already having knowledge about my recent medical history. She took amazing notes as we talked. She listened and explained things. She answered all our questions, and also, like our nurse, has a great sense of humor and helped us to have a few giggles along the way.
