The worst I could ever imagion! Mr. Barbulescu NEVER addressed my situation; he projected his own aliments on me! ie: "I broke my ankle, I know how you feel; I got arthritis because of the fracture, I am sure you did too, I use pain cream, I'll write you a prescription for the cream that I use." Will NEVER return; most alarmingly...........a poor reflection on the Doctor that pays his salary!
