Nicola Grody

Nicola Grody lived in my house in 2006. We had an arrangement in which she would pay a certain amount of rent each month but she wanted to delay payment until the end of her stay so I agreed to that. I asked her what would happen if she did not pay and she told me her parents would be responsible for paying me. The time came when she moved out but she never paid me the $850 she owed. I asked her over and over to pay me but she treated me like I was bothering her and threatened to call the police on me. I find it odd because she was a graduate of a certain persona growth workshop I also had taken in which they emphasize integrity, communication and transparency. Nicola has none of these qualities and you would be making a big mistake to engage with her in any way.
