A lousy experience with an unprofessional service provided. I do not recommend this office at all. Called to find out when my last visit was, explained to Dr. Brattis that my last glasses did not fit well after 3 visits. Before I was done explaining my last experience he hung the phone up on me.

I appreciate his thorough exam, his attention to detail, and his dedication to getting my eye glasses prescription as perfect as possible. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed in and out if his exam room.

Dr. Brattis is an incredibly compassionate highly skilled doctor with years of experience. I can't believe my good fortune in finding him after my move here as I have had years and years of vision difficulties with inexperienced doctors in many different states. Casper is truly blessed to have such a high quality optometrist with the perfect balance of professionalism and kindness.

I have no complaints about his clinic skills. I have considered changing providers simply due to the fact that he has an annoying habit of turning the conversation back to himself repeatedly, sharing personal information that I really am not that interested in. His personality also comes across a little defensive, which I am uncomfortable with in a professional. I also suspect that some of his specialized equipment may be a little outdated and not as accurate as it should be.
