My 1st visit with Dr Woodall went very well, he was very efficient, knowledgeable, explained every thing to me & answered all my questions. There were many questions. My only problem was the misinformation from the office that my glasses frames & lenses could be sent into the insurance company for payment. I was then informed that they were out of network on those items. I was not a happy person at that point!!!
