Dr. Nicholas Taweel, DPM

After an excellent experience with Dr. Taweel 2 years ago, I sought him out for a new issue. He is STILL very caring, a true expert, and clear with explanations. With Dr. Taweel, it is easy to make the right decision for any issue regarding your feet. I feel well taken care of and very confident in his competence. I will go to no one else.

Wonderful physician that listens, gives you enough time to process the information he is telling you and allows you to ask as many questions as you want. 10 out of 10 would recommend him. Great bedside manner and intelligence.

I saw Dr. Taweel for a foot injury I incurred due to my workout routine. The MRI revealed I had numerous tendon issues with my foot. He treated me very dismissively and as a result I never returned to him. I went elsewhere and received a more appropriate diagnosis and better overall treatment.

Dr. Taweel treated me for a fractured ankle. My injured ankle was first diagnosed as a severe sprain after being x-rayed in a hospital emergency department. Dr. Taweel evaluated my ankle in the office 1 week after my emergency room visit. He felt I may have a fracture and ordered an MRI. The MRI did reveal a fracture and he treated my ankle accordingly. I had 3 individual office visits with Dr. Taweel over the next 10 weeks progressing from a boot to a brace to starting physical therapy. Dr. Taweel examined by ankle, assessed for current symptoms, reviewed and discussed my updated plan of care with me at each visit. I am grateful to Dr Taweel for sending me for the MRI, getting an accurate diagnosis and prescribing the appropriate treatment. I would recommend others with foot and ankle injuries to Dr. Taweel.
