Neysa has been my care provider for the past 8+ years. She takes her job very seriously she cares about her patients she is friendly and she always makes me feel at ease I like this because I can really get wound up when I go to the doctor. If you’re looking for a care provider you can’t do better than Neysa

Very rude and condescending. She does not listen to her patients concerns and provide understanding and care. She was very short with her responses and acted annoyed. She either didn’t like us and it was very apparent or she is just rude in general to her patients. Would never go back to her and would never reccomend her.

This doctor does not listen to her patients concerns and refuses to provide the appropriate care and respect. I had to explain five times why I came in for a follow up appointment when I had a persisting medical problem and she wanted to argue about why i came back to see her. I was advised by her nurse to come in if the prescription was ineffective. The doctor gave me the impression she either didn’t like me, didn’t like my insurance, or didn’t want to be bothered.

Should be working in the urgent care clinic not building a practice with patients. Mostly refers to specialists, lots of guessing & trials with medications. If all you need is labs and basic care for blood pressure you'll be ok. More than that is over her scope & you leave feeling nothing was accomplished. Very conservative & judgemental with medication, again out of her scope. Always rushed, looks at the computer screen more. She used to be more friendly & personanable.

Do NOT go to her. I went in to get a medicine refill for my first visit with a new doctor after moving back home from out of state. I struggle with mental health and severe panic attacks. I just lost a family member that I was very close to and I am going through one of the hardest times and she completely disregarded that first of all. Second, she told me I was “whining” and completely treating me with no respect. For someone who struggles with mental health especially at a very hard time in my life, she did not listen to me and in fact belittled me. I have had some pretty bad doctors that I’ve gone too but this one just tops it. Leaving, I felt frustrated and discouraged that she did not listen to me and made me feel even worse about myself. I left with no med-refill, no help with finding a physciatrist and had to go to the hospital after my visit just so i can get my medication. I highly DO NOT recommend and a waste of time going here. All I wanted was to be heard.

Came in for an ADHD evaluation as I've shown symptoms my entire life, and- with many recently added, debilitating life stressors in my late 20's- finally gathered courage to talk to someone. Left her office sobbing. When I was waiting in her office after she greeted me, I overheard Dr. Koury talk to an associate outside about me and the reason for my visit and say "oh, another one?" and chuckle... She treated me with zero care and showed no empathy. She not only made me seem like her time was too valuable, but did not ask me any questions about my current symptoms or mental state, and provided no alternate suggestions or solutions about what could be going on. Anyone struggling with anxiety and not being able to focus knows that being disrespected and invalidated during a time in which you need help most is absolutely crushing. Would not recommend.

She is delightful and fun. I always look forward to my appointments with her. My kids really like her too. Messages me back when I ask questions. So glad to have her.

Didn't treat me with respect or listen to my medical needs. It was her way or no way. I would never recommend this Physician Assistant to see me.
