Neil was relaxed, which immediately put me at ease about physical therapy and exercise, and very professional. I met with him several times, and each time I learned something new - whether it be about how to care for my sore knee through icing and stretches or how to push myself a little further in weight training - and I felt encouraged and energized by Neil's calm yet clear enthusiasm for what he does. Highly recommended!
