My A1C dropped and my diabetes has been doing so much better. Not only did I loose weight, but my diabetes is doing really well. My lab results show lower cholesterol, better iron, and I don't need to take supplements as I am getting key nutrients from my new diet with her. I am on my way to being not just normal weight but excellent health. Thank you!
