While treating my husband, she admittedly neglected charting for multiple days. She chose to communicate to myself and my husband her distrust in other physicians, her perception of interdepartmental communication issues, her own personal experiences of feeling disrespected professionally. I learned more about her professional issues than I did about the assessment and plan of care for my husband. She disagreed with the other physicians on my husband team and put her opinions on a pedestal. Though she comes across as caring and wanting to "improve you stay," her lack of professionalism and ability to work in a team is frighteningly obvious and will and did lead to errors in care.
