Dr Gilmore was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to/ask questions of, and explained the procedures.
The support staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Gilmore and the Spring Lake branch of Shoreline Vision

Excellent. He was on time. Both he and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Any questions asked were answered. I did not feel rushed. It was very professional and yet very comfortable. I am a physician and so I am very sensitive to the personality of an office. I recommend Dr. Gilmore

I was very impressed with Dr. Gilmore!! I was seen as soon as I arrived. I was referred by my family Dr. because I am diabetic.

After waiting more than 45 minutes after my appointment should have started , I finally met with Dr. Gilmore. He never apologized for the wait, but told me that testing needed for glaucoma was not available at this location. I would have to go to the offices in Grand Haven. If you are going in for your yearly exam, why go somewhere that can't perform the services? Now I'm sure I will have another office visit charge. He seemed to be there for prescriptions only.
