Misdiagnosis
I do not recommend seeing Natasha Gonzalez, APRN. She misdiagnosed my shoulder injury as “nerve pain” even though I told her this was not my typical nerve pain— but she insisted she knew better than me as to what pain I was feeling in my body. I had to go see another specialist for a proper diagnosis. I don’t understand how a family nurse practitioner is even allowed to treat patients in specialist clinic like this.

Failed pitifully to recognize the problem of a knee that was damaged severely. Diagnosis was to go home and walk. Swelling was present so she said to put ice on it for swelling. The knee was later diagnosed to have the ACL completely torn; the lateral and medial and posterior tendons torn with the femur and tibia offset.
