I've been seeing Natalie weekly for ~7 months. I was referred to her because of her experience with Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT), a newer and seemingly more efficacious PTSD treatment compared to EMDR therapy (which she also does, if you'd rather). She also specializes in sex therapy and has been an amazing asset for me on that front. I've been in therapy and on medications for years, and I don't think I truly began making strides towards getting better until I started seeing her. She's easy to open up to and is able to give insights on everything that comes up in our conversations. I look forward to my appointments every week!
