Listens and makes you part of the Care Team
There are two things most important to me in a care provider: listening and inclusion. Natalie has these in spades. Every visit to her has been a feeling of us against the ailment or issue. I would explain my issue, she would provide advice and direction, and then would invite feedback. The very few times we have had alternate ideas on the direction of care, she has taken the time to explain why she is recommending a course, encouraged me to go in her direction, but still allowed room for alternatives. I have always gotten the care I need from Natalie.
